Job Summary
The role oversees field operations, engineering support, asset utilization, operational planning, project execution, quality assurance, HSE compliance, and resource management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
The Technical and Operations Manager is responsible for leading the company’s technical and operational functions to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive
in upstream oil and gas operations or oilfield services.
Membership of relevant professional bodies (NSE, SPE, PMI, etc.) is desirable.
