Job Title: Technical Support Officer -
Victoria Travels Ride
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Key Responsibilities
- Handle issues relating to the ride-hailing platform, rider accounts, bookings, and trip activities,
- Monitor and escalate technical issues affecting ride operations, Support smooth daily operation of the VT Ride operations.
- Troubleshoot basic application and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical and operational support to riders and customers.
- Basic Requirements
- Good knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with ride-hailing, logistics, or technology platforms is an advantage.
- OND, HND, B.Sc Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
