The role involves making phone calls, following up with customers, explaining loan products, and supporting field marketing activities.
The Telemarketer is responsible for promoting the company’s loan products to registered civil servants, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers.

- Stay updated on company loan products, policies, and procedures.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested prospects to drive loan applications.
- Participate in field marketing, corporate visits, customer outreaches, roadshows, and other promotional activities when required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical marketing standards.
- Contact registered civil servants by phone to promote the company’s loan products.
- Respond to customer enquiries and handle basic concerns professionally.
- Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of SSCE, NCE, or ND from a recognised institution.
- Confidence and good telephone etiquette.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous sales or telemarketing
Experience
is an added advantage.
Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
