We are looking for a proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telesales & Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will engage prospective and existing clients across Africa via chat and phone calls, market our frozen food products and cold-chain supply services, answer customer inquiries, and close sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, professionally, and warmly to client enquiries across online messaging channels (WhatsApp, live chat, social platforms) and direct calls.
- Market and pitch our frozen food products and distribution services to leads across regional markets.
- Build trust with potential buyers, handle product/pricing objections, follow up diligently, and close sales orders.
- Maintain strong communication with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and high satisfaction.
- Keep accurate daily records of customer enquiries, orders closed, and feedback.
Requirements
