Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Development Officer to drive business growth through lead generation, territory development, client acquisition, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, repayment terms, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Support client onboarding and relationship management.
- Identify and map tricycle parks, operators, traders, and other potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and onboarding documentation.
- Submit regular sales and territory activity reports.
Requirements
- Basic digital literacy and ability to use CRM/mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
- 2–5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, or related sectors.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
