1. TOUR DRIVER / OFFICE ASSISTANT
This is a combined
Tour Driver & Office Assistant
position.
Main Duties:
Pick up and drop off clients from hotels, airports and other agreed locations.
Drive clients during
city tours and sightseeing activities
.
Assist clients throughout their tours and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe and ready for clients.
When not driving or attending to clients, assist with
administrative and office duties
.
Assist with basic customer enquiries, bookings, documentation and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and good driving skills.
- Good knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual and responsible.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Previous
Experience
in tourism, transportation or office administration is an advantage.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
All positions are hybrid.
Staff are required to work
physically at the office only 3 days per week
. The remaining working days will be conducted
online/remotely
.
