Job Summary
We are currently seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Trainee / Junior Graphics Designer to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have some practical experience in graphic design and be comfortable working with CorelDRAW and other industry-standard design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing, Communications, and other internal teams to deliver creative materials.
- Keep up to date with current graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
- Assist with the development of creative concepts and visual ideas.
- Edit and modify existing designs based on briefs and feedback.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
- Assist with photo editing, image manipulation, layouts, and other design requirements.
- Develop designs for social media, marketing materials, presentations, corporate communications, and other business needs.
- Create engaging graphics and visual content for digital and print platforms.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within a professional design environment.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, layouts, and visual communication.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is required.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar applications.
- Ability to understand design briefs and work within deadlines.
