Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have recently completed Technical School, Vocational Training, Apprenticeship Programs, or Mechanical / Engineering-related studies to join our team as Trainee Mechanical Technicians / Junior Engineering Technicians.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, machinery operations, troubleshooting, and engineering support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Support engineers and technicians during installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance activities under supervision.
- Monitor machine performance and promptly report faults or abnormalities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
- Assist in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report operational issues.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Trade Test Certificate (I, II or III).
- City & Guilds Certification or any relevant technical qualification.
- OND / HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines.
- Vocational Training Certificate.
- Technical School Certificate.
Experience
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Internship, apprenticeship, industrial attachment, or workshop experience will be an added advantage.
