Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Training & Retention Manager with strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Financial Markets, and Brokerage Operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client education, retention, and engagement through training programs, webinars, seminars, and market analysis while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, seminars, and workshops for prospective, new, and existing clients.
- Educate clients on Forex trading, financial markets, risk management, trading platforms, and company products.
- Monitor training effectiveness, client engagement, and retention performance.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and educational content.
- Provide market insights and explain market trends in a clear and engaging manner.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively engage inactive or at-risk clients.
- Develop and implement client retention and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Customer Support teams to improve client

and retention.
in a Forex Brokerage, CFD Brokerage, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
