Job Summary
As the Treasury Sales Manager, you will manage the team to drive treasury sales, deposit mobilization, client acquisition, and portfolio growth while managing key relationships and supporting the performance of the sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Track financial market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and develop initiatives to expand the investment portfolio
- Drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth by developing and executing effective treasury sales strategies
- Monitor team performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote treasury products and investment solutions based on client requirements and prevailing market conditions
- Manage relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-value clients to identify and convert new business opportunities
Requirements
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of treasury products, investment solutions, and financial markets
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services, with proven team leadership experience
Salary: NGN 700,000 – 900,000 Net Monthly.
