Key Responsibilities
- Monitor utility parameters including pressure, temperature, flow, and energy consumption.
- Monitor steam, chilled water, compressed air, water, and power supply.
- Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain utility records and monitor equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and plant operating standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, steamers, HVAC systems, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, and generators.
- Operate and maintain plant utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Support energy efficiency and utility cost-reduction initiatives.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
