We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join a growing real estate brand in Lekki.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases properties, projects, brand activities, and other marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand social media content trends, and be able to produce engaging videos that attract potential clients and strengthen the brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Film high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, including property walkthroughs, tours, and promotional content.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound quality, composition, and overall production quality.
- Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, property listings, and brand activities.
- Manage and maintain videography equipment and ensure all equipment is properly handled and stored.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, and property highlights.
- Keep up with current social media trends, video styles, transitions, and content formats.
- Contribute creative ideas that can improve the brand's visual identity and online engagement.
- Attend property inspections, site visits, events, and other locations as required for content production.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Capture videos that effectively communicate the features, lifestyle, and selling points of properties.
- Organise and maintain video files and footage for easy access and future use.

Requirements
