Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter / Waitress to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with other duties within the Food & Beverage department as assigned.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure they are satisfied and have everything they need.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Follow all company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Process and present bills to guests and handle payments appropriately where applicable.
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Report any customer concerns, damaged equipment, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, ingredients, and available options when required.
- Ensure all service equipment, utensils, and dining areas are kept clean and properly arranged.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
