We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Clerk to support inventory management, stock documentation, warehouse operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify and document incoming stock
- Issue stock to authorised partners/customers and maintain accurate records
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Monitor defective, returned, and test units and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices and organised storage
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Manage warehouse documentation, emails and operational records
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, secure and well organised
- Support the Community and Operations teams with stock and administrative tasks
- Protect customer, partner and inventory information
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, retail or customer service is an advantage
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation and integrity
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Ability to handle routine warehouse duties and stock
Remuneration
Monthly Net Salary: ₦95,000
Quarterly Incentive: ₦72,000
