We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and product quality match delivery documentation.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock reaches reorder levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly.
- Investigate and report inventory variances or damaged products.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive cosmetic products.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at all times.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Organize and store products according to company standards to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Order Fulfilment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Verify orders before dispatch to eliminate picking and packing errors.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain proper documentation for all dispatched products.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Update inventory systems promptly after every stock movement.
- Prepare warehouse reports as required.
- Ensure all inventory documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Warehouse Security:
- Ensure only authorized personnel have access to warehouse stock.
- Safeguard company inventory against loss, theft, or damage.
- Report any security concerns immediately.
- Compliance:
- Support periodic internal and external inventory audits.
- Adhere to all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and internal audit requirements.
Qualifications

Salary: N120,000 monthly.
