Job Summary
As the Wealth Manager, you will manage high-net-worth, family, and institutional client relationships by providing tailored investment advice, wealth management solutions, and portfolio guidance aligned with clients’ financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives through networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities to expand the firm’s client base and Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with investment objectives, risk profiles, and prevailing market conditions.
- Assess clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs and recommend tailored wealth management and investment solutions across FGN Bonds, Treasury Bills, Commercial Papers, Mutual Funds, and offshore investment products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNW individuals, families, and institutional clients while delivering exceptional service and growing client trust.
- Present portfolio performance, market insights, and strategic investment recommendations clearly to clients, while conducting regular portfolio review meetings and identifying opportunities to grow clients’ wealth and AUM.
- Monitor Nigerian, African, and global financial markets, economic developments, and emerging investment products while ensuring compliance with SEC Nigeria regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements
- CIS,ACS, CFA, or ACA will be an added advantage.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant
Experience
in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, asset management, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international financial markets, investment products, wealth management, and portfolio management techniques.
Salary: Open for Negotiation.
