Job Title:
Night Auditor
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Night Operations Oversight:
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Manage the front desk and hotel operations during the night shift.
- Guest Relations:
- Ensure a high level of customer service during night hours.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor guest safety and security during overnight stays.
- Financial & Audit Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of cash, credit card, and folio balances.
- Balance room charges, taxes, and other postings.
- Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports.
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Security and Safety Monitoring:
- Coordinate night security checks with security personnel.
- Respond to emergencies and follow proper incident reporting procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and hotel premises.
- Reporting and Handover:
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to morning management.
- Ensure a smooth handover between night and day teams.
