A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, taxation and financial planning while supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic financial advice to Management.
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships and reconciliations.
- Strengthen financial controls and coordinate external audits.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure timely tax filings and applicable statutory remittances.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax requirements and treasury management.
- Fintech, payments, banking or gaming experience is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' finance experience, including 5 years in senior management.
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and ERP experience.
- ICAN, ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
