Summary
We are seeking proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Asset Management Specialists to identify business opportunities, promote the bank’s asset management and financial products, acquire new customers, and build strong client relationships.
The ideal candidates will support business growth by driving product sales, managing client portfolios, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer portfolios and follow up on client needs, transactions, and investment-related enquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and track business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the bank’s overall business growth.
- Promote relevant financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and customer due diligence procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Provide clients with accurate information on available products, investment options, and service offerings within approved guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s asset management and investment-related products.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent customer acquisition and sales abilities.
- Good knowledge of financial products and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting tools.
- Experience in banking, financial services, asset management, investment sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Salary: N200,000 monthly.
