- Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Geology, Mining Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mining, mineral trading, commodity sourcing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of tantalite, tin, lithium, or other solid minerals markets.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
