Key Accountabilities
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across departments like the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Staff Leadership & HR:
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, track revenue, control operational costs, and analyze sales reports to maximize profitability.
- Guest Relations & Service Recovery:
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and monitor feedback to protect the brand's reputation.
- Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce local health, sanitation, safety, and legal regulations across all facilities.
- Inventory & Vendor Management:
- Oversee stock levels, place orders for supplies, and negotiate with external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel management, property management, facilities management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing guests, customers, bookings, facilities, or hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of apartment rentals, hotel operations, event centre management, or facility operations.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or property leasing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be proactive, reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple operational responsibilities.
- Must be able to conveniently commute to *Isheri Olofin, Lagos*, or surrounding areas.
