The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, the Board and portfolio companies to drive growth, improve performance and create sustainable shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation of new investments and potential divestments.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s business, market and regulatory environment.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, financial-modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy, investment analysis, portfolio management and business turnaround.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- 10–15 years’ experience in a senior strategy role within a holding company, private equity firm or management consulting organisation in Nigeria.
