A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager to strengthen its governance framework, safeguard company assets and ensure effective financial and operational controls.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement internal control policies, procedures and risk-control matrices.
- Support audits and recommend process improvements.
- Track corrective actions and prepare control reports for Management.
- Conduct risk-based control testing and identify control weaknesses.
- Ensure compliance with approval limits and segregation of duties.
- Monitor reconciliations, payment processes, expenses and transaction controls.
Requirements
- ICAN, ACCA or ANAN qualification; CIA, CISA or CRMA is an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments or gaming is preferred.
- 6–8 years' relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, COSO, Excel and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 per month.
