We are looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to run the daily operations of our store.
You will lead your team, deliver an excellent customer experience, manage inventory, and hit sales targets in line with our goals in educational supplies, office, and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store layout, stock display, and visual presentation
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and manage staff scheduling
- Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to improve product offerings
- Supervise, train, and motivate Retail Sales Executives and Store Supervisor
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Maintain proper stock levels, run regular stock checks, keep accurate records, and minimize stock loss
- Uphold high customer service standards and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Run in-store promotions with the marketing team and drive foot traffic through local marketing and community engagement
- Work with the procurement team to keep the supply chain running smoothly
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are met
Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- 4-5 years of proven retail management experience
