Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team.
In this role, you will be the face of our store—helping customers find the right products, delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Support inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
