Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounts receivable operations, customer reconciliations, debtor aging analysis, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and customer account reconciliations.
- Calculate monthly incentives and analyse CRM data.
- Prepare debtor aging reports and support debt collection.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash flow.
Requirements
- Leadership potential and willingness to pursue relevant ICAN professional qualifications.
- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing company.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP accounting software, and CRM platforms.
- Strong experience in bank reconciliation, customer account reconciliation, debtor aging analysis, and monthly incentive calculations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
