Job Title: Associate Training Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised associate training officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate will assist in developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, managing participant records, and ensuring the effective execution of both virtual and physical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor training effectiveness by collecting and analysing participant feedback.
- Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Liaise with facilitators, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of training activities.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide administrative support during physical training programmes.
- Coordinate participant registrations, training schedules, and logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and evaluation results.
- Support the development and review of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programmes, workshops, and seminars.
- Prepare training reports and other related documentation.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a related role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Applicants must reside within proximity to Isolo, Lagos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
