Skunect, a school management and parent communication platform, is recruiting commission-based Business Development Partners across Nigeria. Visit schools, demo Skunect and help them get started. Flexible hours, uncapped commission plus recurring earnings on renewals, full training provided. No fees to join. We are building a network of independent Business Development Partners across Nigeria to bring Skunect to more schools. This is a commission-based role with flexible hours. You decide when and where you work.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Visit schools in your area and meet proprietors, principals and administrators
- Demonstrate Skunect using a demo account we give you
- Follow up by phone and WhatsApp until the school signs up
- Support the school through onboarding (about 5 days) until teachers and parents are actively using it
- Stay in touch with your schools so they keep using Skunect and renew
Requirements
- Confident speaking with school owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, since this role is commission only
- Comfortable with smartphones and apps
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. We will train you
- What you'll earn:
- 20% commission on each school's first-year payment
- 5% recurring commission every time your schools renew
- No earnings cap. Top partners can grow into team lead roles
