We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Reports to: The General Manager
Role
Build and protect the CIM Logistics brand identity, grow its online presence, and convert attention into enquiries, bookings, partnerships and loyal clients.
Own every digital and marketing touchpoint — social media, content, paid ads, influencers/partners, events and online reputation.
Full-time position in Gwarinpa, Abuja (flexible hours with occasional evening, weekend and event coverage).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Business Profile, reviews and overall online reputation
- Define and protect brand identity, tone of voice, visual style and guidelines
- Manage industry partnerships, media relations and influencer/creator collaborations
- Track performance metrics and produce clear weekly/monthly reports
- Plan and manage the full content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms
- Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn)
- Create high-quality photos, reels, videos, graphics and captions showcasing logistics services, fleet, warehouse operations, deliveries, client success stories and company culture
Requirements
- Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, Meta Ads, analytics and community management
- Minimum age: 22
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing/social media management or content creation (logistics, transport, B2B services, supply chain or similar industries is an advantage)
- Minimum: OND/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Business or related discipline
- Strong portfolio of social accounts managed, content created and campaign results
- Graphic design ability (Canva or Adobe) is an advantage
