Successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent table service, attending to guests, taking orders for drinks and other menu items, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for club patrons.
We are seeking 10 confident, energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused waiters to join a vibrant club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently at designated tables and VIP sections.
- Work collaboratively with other service staff and management during busy periods and special events.
- Welcome guests warmly and attend to their needs professionally.
- Follow established procedures for order tracking, billing, and payment handling.
- Keep tables and assigned service areas clean, organised, and presentable.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
- Take accurate orders for drinks, refreshments, and other available menu items.
- Maintain professional conduct, personal hygiene, and grooming standards throughout each shift.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
- Communicate orders accurately to bartenders and kitchen staff.
- Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
- Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) certificate.
- A neat, stylish, well-groomed appearance.
- Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar, hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
