This role will lead the setup of our online sales channels, establish strategic partnerships with platforms such as Jumia, and drive end-to-end marketplace operations, sales growth, and profitability.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the setup and launch of ANTA's E-Commerce business in Nigeria, Including Online store development, operational processes, and platform integration
- Develop and Execute E- Commerce strategies, including channel expansion, sales planning, and profitability management
- Oversee end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, and order fulfilment
- Plan and execute new product launches, major sales, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
- Establish performance KPIs to monitor sales and profitability, and build and develop the local E-Commerce team as the business scales
- Collaborate with merchandise, marketing, logistics, and technology teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience
