The Cashier is responsible for the
accurate processing, documentation, and reporting of all sales transactions. This role ensures financial accuracy, controlled access to daily orders, and strict compliance with company policies.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and submitted daily
- Write and print accurate customer invoices
- Serve as the ONLY unit authorized to access Daily Orders
- Maintain and manage Daily Orders
- Enter all daily sales transactions into the official Google Sheet
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sales and financial information
- Process all sales transactions strictly on the ERP system
- Work strictly according to assigned shift schedules
- Comply with the company rule of no permanent shift for any staff
- Educational Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: SSCE
- Other Requirements:
- High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures strictly
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
