We are seeking a hands-on Customs Clearance Specialist to coordinate the import and export clearance of heavy-duty machinery and spare parts.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and check import/export documentation, including shipping documents, customs declarations and required permits.
- Coordinate clearance activities with customs agents, customs officials and other relevant stakeholders.
- Track shipments, resolve documentation and clearance issues, and communicate shipment status.
- Coordinate port-to-warehouse movement and handover with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment, clearance and compliance records.

- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience clearing heavy-duty machinery AND spare parts is essential.
