We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced, dynamic hospital pharmacy team.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills for precise dosage calculations and inventory control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist both inpatient and outpatient populations effectively.
- Proficiency in hospital inventory software (IHMS) and Microsoft Excel for tracking stocks and records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the pharmacist, clinical teams, and administrative staff.
- High attention to detail for accurate dispensing, labeling, and record-keeping in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Valid Practice License issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
- Prior practical experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Recognized post-secondary qualification, with a minimum requirement of a National Certificate in Education (NCE) or relevant technical certification in Pharmacy Technician studies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
