The successful candidate will be responsible for creating photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content that strengthens the brand, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute content ideas based on the company's brand, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, photos, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Write engaging captions, social media posts, scripts, and other digital copy.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Capture quality photos and videos during events, product shoots, office activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities for content development.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop campaign content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital platforms.
- Monitor content performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Respond to relevant audience comments, messages, and engagement when required.
- Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, visually appealing, and aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in video and graphic design editing tools.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of current digital content and social media trends.
- Creative, innovative, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
- A portfolio of previous content creation work is an added advantage.
