The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving market penetration and customer acquisition by taking the Bank’s products and services directly to customers within assigned locations.

Key Accountabilities
- Account
- opening and customer acquisition.
- Agency
- banking and POS operations, including cash deposits and withdrawals, transfers,
- bill payments and airtime, going around to serve customers.
- Mobilizing savings, including esusu (daily contribution) savings.
- Enrolling customers on digital banking channels such as USSD and the mobile
- app.
- Educating customers on how to use our products and digital channels safely,
- including fraud awareness.
- Identifying and referring prospective borrowers to the bank.
- Providing basic customer support in the field and passing complaints to the
- bank.

- feedback on customer needs and competitor offerings in the market.
