We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The General Manager
Job Summary
Own every digital and marketing touchpoint — social media, content, ads, influencers, events and reputation.
Build and protect the Cedar Grillz brand identity, grow its online audience, and convert attention into reservations, footfall, conference bookings and loyal guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photos, reels, videos and captions of food, drinks, events and the venue
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, floor and entertainment teams for authentic content
- Manage influencers, media partnerships and PR
- Plan, run and optimise paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Manage Google Business Profile, reviews and online reputation
- Run promotions, campaigns, DJ nights, special events and the grand opening
- Track performance, produce weekly/monthly reports and manage the marketing budget
- Plan and manage the full content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms
- Define and protect brand identity, tone of voice, visual style and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, Meta Ads, analytics and community management
- Graphic design ability (Canva or Adobe) is an advantage
- Minimum age: 22
- Minimum: OND/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR or Business
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing/social media management, ideally in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or nightlife
- Strong portfolio of social accounts managed, content created and campaign results
