Key Accountabilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and business expansion.
- Oversee telecommunications engineering projects, technical service delivery and operational performance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
- Strengthen internal controls, operational processes and management reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing workforce.
- Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure efficient project execution, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to telecommunications engineering or technical services and financial/business management.
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another relevant discipline.
An MBA, ACCA qualification and project management certification are required/preferred as stipulated by the hiring organisation.
Demonstrable experience in senior management, strategic execution, financial oversight and business operations.
Ability to integrate engineering operations, project delivery, financial discipline and business development.
Strong leadership presence, analytical ability, commercial awareness, high energy and a results-oriented mindset.

A strong background in telecommunications engineering, infrastructure or technical services.
Demonstrable competence in financial management, budgeting, cost optimisation and business profitability.
Proven executive leadership and business management experience.
