Key Activities
To liaise with outgoing/incoming shift technicians the state of plants.
Carry out other assignments that may arise from time to time.
Ensure cleanliness and safety at work.
The control and discipline of subordinate staff.
Liaise with day shift electrical technicians and electrical engineer.
To communicate effectively with other supervisors on matters of organisational interest.
To ensure maximum utilization of electricians.
To inform the subordinates of their job
Responsibilities
- and systematically appraise the levels of their performance on their jobs.
- To tackle all electrical breakdowns on his shift.
- Advising immediate boss on up-to-date developments in one’s areas of responsibilities.
