We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Farm Manager
Location: Okoyong Village, Odukpani LGA - Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Ensure farm safety, security, and proper maintenance of the farm.
Plan and supervise planting, weeding, pruning, fertilization, and harvesting.
Prepare regular farm performance reports for management.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, expenses, production, and harvest.
Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to improve yield and profitability.
Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases.
Oversee the day to day operations of the plantain farm.
Ensure proper harvesting, handling, storage, and transportation of plantain.
Supervise farm workers, assign duties, and monitor productivity.
Monitor farm costs and implement measures to reduce wastage.
Manage farm inputs, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
Requirements
- A live- in Farm manager with 3-5 years of proven experience in Farm management especially in Plantain farming and other related farm produce.
