Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Field Marketing Executives to promote telecommunications products and services, acquire new customers, and increase market penetration.
The successful candidates will engage potential customers directly, drive product awareness, generate sales leads, and build strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and promotional offers to prospective customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, approved marketing procedures, and applicable telecommunications regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote telecommunications products and services, including broadband, and other mobile services.
- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Assist customers with SIM registration, product activation, subscriptions, and other approved onboarding processes.
- Identify and acquire new customers across markets, residential areas, business districts, and commercial locations.
- Conduct field marketing activities, including roadshows, market activations, door-to-door marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report market trends to management.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer acquisition records, and field activity updates.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet strict sales targets.
- Ability to approach prospective customers confidently and explain products clearly.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned locations and conduct regular field activities.
- Basic smartphone and digital reporting skills are required.
- Must be proactive, hardworking, result-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.
- SSCE, OND, or HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, customer acquisition, or telecommunications sales is an advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Achievement of assigned marketing and revenue targets.

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
