We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
Must attend to customers' inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
Must provide accurate information about the company's products and services to customers.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be polite, patient, presentable, honest, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Must be computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other relevant office applications.
Must maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, and update relevant databases.
Must possess good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must possess a minimum of OND, HND, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an added advantage.
Must handle customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary: N150,000 monthly.
