Diamond Throne Limited is seeking a strong, hands-on and results-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of Diamond Throne Lifestyle.
DTL operates Lounge/Bar, Kitchen & Food Service, Salon & Spa, Car Wash, Snooker, Shisha, Stores and other hospitality/lifestyle services.
The GM will be responsible for ensuring that departments work together effectively, staff perform their duties, customers receive excellent service, company policies are enforced, and Management instructions are properly executed.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all DTL departments.
- Supervise Managers, Supervisors and Department Heads.
- Enforce company policies, SOPs, operating hours and service standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity and professional conduct.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve serious customer complaints.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify operational issues affecting revenue.
- Ensure proper coordination between Lounge, Bar, Kitchen, Salon, Car Wash, Snooker, Security and other departments.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambience, maintenance and general facility standards.
- Ensure food/service quality, stock discipline and wastage control.
- Coordinate events, shows and promotional activities with relevant teams.
- Ensure management instructions are implemented and followed through.
- Submit concise daily/weekly operational reports and immediately escalate serious incidents.
- Work closely with HR/Admin and the chartered accountant/internal auditor while maintaining proper separation of responsibilities.
Requirements
- A minimum of a degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years practical hospitality/operations management experience.
- Previous experience managing a lounge, restaurant, hotel, entertainment venue or similar operation is strongly preferred.
- Strong staff-management and leadership ability.
- Good understanding of sales, cost control, stock management and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
