Aspom Travel Agency was founded on the 2nd of February, 2012 and has remained at the top of its game providing visa assistants, hotels, holiday packages, tours and flight deals to her clients.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ask questions, seek guidance, and demonstrate willingness to learn.
- Participate actively in assigned training programmes and departmental activities.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving routine work-related challenges.
- Receive feedback and continuously improve performance based on supervisor recommendations.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance review sessions.
- Support team members in completing assigned duties and projects.
- Carry out assigned tasks accurately and within specified deadlines.
- Learn and understand company policies, procedures, products, and services.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of assigned activities.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks.
- Develop practical knowledge of travel agency operations, customer service, sales, ticketing, visa processing, administration, or other assigned areas.
- Work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field, depending on the assigned department.
Little or no prior work experience required.
Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
NYSC status may be considered depending on the role.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Performance & Development:
Performance will be monitored throughout the training / probation period.
Successful trainees may be considered for confirmation into a permanent role based on performance, available opportunities, and management approval.
The trainee will be assigned specific learning objectives and responsibilities.
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
