- Visual Storytelling: Translate information/marketing contentinto clean, engaging infographics.
- Property Marketing Materials: Design premium digital brochures, catalog booklets, proposal documents, and pitch decks for multiple lands and housing developments.
- Requirements & Skills
- Industry Context: A sharp eye for corporate and luxury branding, understanding how to make property portfolios look highly premium and credible.
- Technical Software: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or Figma for digital layouts).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a graphic designer (real estate or corporate agency background is a major plus).
