Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
Strong operations management capabilities in hotel or hospitality settings, covering front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event operations.
Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and use of hotel management or property management systems.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP relations professionally.
Experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, including corporate partnerships, event sales, and local market engagement.
Knowledge of health, safety, and security standards, as well as compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications in hospitality are an advantage.
Proven experience in a senior hotel management role (such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent) at a comparable property.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by hotel operations and events.
Proficiency with common office software and hotel management systems; familiarity with inventory, reservations, and event management tools is beneficial
