Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced IT Administrator to take care of the company’s day-to-day IT needs and provide hands-on support to staff.
Key Responsibilites
Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage computers, printers, routers, Wi-Fi, internet, and other IT equipment.
Set up and manage staff devices, email accounts, software, and system access.
Manage basic IT security, antivirus, user access, and data backups.
Maintain and track company IT equipment, licences, and subscriptions.
Carry out routine system maintenance and prevent recurring technical issues.
Support new staff with their IT setup and access.
Work with external IT vendors when necessary.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on IT experience.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
Must reside on the Island or within a reasonable commuting distance.
Available for immediate resumption.
Relevant IT certification is an added advantage
