This is a senior commercial marketing role for someone who understands how to take products to market, build brands, drive demand and work closely with sales, dealers, distributors and other commercial stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand growth and market execution across its product portfolio.
What You`ll Own
Lead brand positioning, campaigns, launches and market activation.
Lead and develop the marketing team.
Develop and execute marketing strategy across the product portfolio.
Manage agencies, vendors, campaigns and marketing budgets.
Work closely with sales and channel teams to drive product demand and market growth.
Track campaign performance, brand health and commercial impact.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
Identify new market and growth opportunities.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Develop consumer, trade and dealer marketing initiatives.
We`re Looking For
Strong experience in automotive, mobility, consumer products, retail, FMCG or another commercially driven industry.
Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven experience leading brands/products from strategy through execution.
7 - 10 years' marketing experience with progressive responsibility.
Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
Strong understanding of trade/channel/dealer marketing is highly desirable.
