Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- .Perform manicure and natural-nail care.
- Apply gel and deliver approved nail-extension services.
- Provide nail shaping, finishing, removal and simple/detailed nail art.
- Deliver professional pedicure services and appropriate foot/nail preparation.
- Rotate between manicure and pedicure appointments according to daily bookings.
- Sanitise/disinfect tools and stations according to salon procedure.
- Advise clients on appropriate aftercare.
- Manage products responsibly and report low, damaged or missing stock.
- Recognise visible situations where a cosmetic service should not proceed and escalate appropriately.
- Participate in Adàrá training and service-standard assessments.
Requirements
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
- Strong hygiene and personal presentation.
- Good communication and respectful client handling.
- Willingness to learn and follow the Adàrá Method.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small launch team.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Iyana Adeoyo, Ring Road, Ibadan; accommodation is not provided.
- Must be genuinely competent in both nail and pedicure services.
- Good finishing, attention to detail and safe product handling.
- Portfolio review and practical assessment are compulsory.
- Willingness to rotate between nail and pedicure services is essential.
