Job Title: Nurse

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ilesa.
The Nurse will deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients across outpatient and inpatient settings at Daniel Adewole Awe Medical Center.
The Nurse will maintain accurate patient records, support patient and family education, and ensure continuity of care through clear communication and thorough handovers.
Day to day responsibilities include patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, infection prevention, and assisting physicians with examinations and procedures.
The role involves close collaboration with doctors and allied health professionals to ensure timely, coordinated treatment, and may include participation in emergency response and shift-based duties as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Ability to document care accurately, promptly, and confidentially.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and routine nursing procedures.
- Sound knowledge of infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality standards.
